Thats pretty interesting! I'm no expert, but I would say its a design fault of all Glocks, not specifically polymer framed Glocks. They shoud do a test where they fire every make of Glock and see where the misfires occur.

S&W are not so bad when it comes to some magazines.Forget about the S&W please. You will NOT find parts or magazines for it.

Sig Sauer is a better weapon. The German pistols are not well supported just yet because they changed agents recently (Dave Sheer guys in court). Walther are tricky to supply and H&K are crazy expensive.
The firearm is for target shooting, but could be used for security at home if need arises. I will not carry 24/7.
