Ok. Speedtest by Ookla. All of a sardine I have 9.76Mbs download speed here in Panorama? Upload is 0.90? I know I drink too much...but what is going on here?

Latency? You mean the ping? I get 20ms at the mo.

but can anyone help,what are the services you can ask for by telkom,think it's something called fastway or something like that that offers better ping.My ping has moved up from 28ms to 46ms average

What's this now?

My 10MB line went to sh it last week. It's now back after some 10210 delight, and I see the line max has increased to 20MB, but sync is 10240d and 1021u- can that be improved to 12MB down if I call them again?

I saw that when I searched for ASSIA -that's from a while ago..

If it's not happy, it bumps me down? I've gone from a stable 10meg to a choppy 5-6meg

Yes there is usually a reason, line noise etc.

If phone line is noisy as well log a line fault.

We had issues with a phone causing noise since disconnected our line has improved but openserve also found faults on the line at exchange.
