I stay in the city bowl area in Cape Town and I am working on 10Mbps. But of late, far from being consistent and stable (the supposed reason for leaving ADSL), I am getting the most ridiculous speeds: A ping of 4mps but a download speed of 1.32Mbps. Upload remains consistent at 5.8 Mbps.

I am with Octotel and Webafrica. I've registered a complaint, but you never know when that will be resolved. Is anybody else experiencing this?

There is a general Octotel issue currently.
