Sony TrackID problems

Hi all

I have a W950i, and am trying to use the TrackID service. I have an internet group with an internet account setup within this, and accessing the web, email, etc, works perfectly. However, when I try the TrackID service, I get an error "No internet profile. Contact your service provider". Does anyone else have this?

Does that phone come with Track ID?

Check your java internet settings.

Works perfectly!!!
Once on MTV they played a song from Gwen Stefani, 1st time on MTV and track iD found it...

Yeah, it does.... any idea where those settings are? I checked all the usual internet accounts
