Can anyone confirm the 0 - 60% charge in 30minutes?

Ok, I can confirm. Not exactly 30minutes, but close.

From 5% tot 100% in about 2 hours 30minutes.

I can confirm the battery life is fantastic, 1h50 screen on time, location services on, lifelog on etc etc and still 70% remaining. Device has been on for 5hrs, I'll get 2days usage from this baby no problem!

Who's got a slim fit case that they would advise me to get?
Case mate has one called "barely there". Not sure how good the protection is on those.

I also just picked up a tempered glass screen protector (9H). This thing is brilliant! I had the plastic screen protector that came in the box and this thing is so clear it makes the screen look alive again. Cost was R150, but for the screen quality and protection I'd definitely recommend.

That's actually exactly what I was thinking of, the barely there and tempered glass screen protector!

Those minimal cases actually work really well in my opinion!

Problem with these cases (incl. barely there) is they don't offer any protection on the left side where the dock and SD card slots are.

My phone fell down the other day and got a small scruff on the unprotected edge and just barely missed a crack on the screen.

It's called "the luck of the draw". :)

It's just the way your phone landed, won't land on that side every time.

Well, unless you would like to test for us. :D

Where did you get the tempered glass screen protector from? Am looking to get one too although I have pretty decent case - still waiting for the phone to arrive from ORange abroad.

I stood with a Z3 Compact in my hand today....and it just feels fantastic!!

My thumb can reach anywhere on the display and it looks absolutely gorgeous!

I need one. Now. :(
