Theres no more stamina mode(which i used to run most of the time)
They've removed this because Marshmallow takes care of this now with Doze.

makes sense, but i still liked the idea of the "Ultra Power Saving" Mode

Agreed. Think the "Battery Saver" is meant to do the same thing, but I doubt its as "Ultra"
So i can already atest to the black screen issue. Happened to me a little while ago where the phone became completely unresponsive and had to hold the power button down. Only when the power menu came up did the screen come on and become responsive again.
In hindsight i don't know why i did this, generally always safer to wait for a second release.

Crap phone. Got rid of it within a week.
The camera quality was actually shocking.
You are by far in the minority with that opinion.
And what did you replace it with?? Because there isn't any other phone this size that deserves to compete with it (z5c only).Crap phone. Got rid of it within a week.

I have no problems (yet?) on my Z3. Version 6.0 was already released in October 2015, version 6.0.1 in December 2015. It got some minor tweaks along the way. If you want to wait for a "safe" version you will probably wait forever.

Size? That is not the be all and end all criteria when choosing a phone.
I'd carry a larger or even smaller phone as long as it is up to my expectations and liking.
I wouldn't sacrifice on specs just for a few mm's because that would be just plain silly.
It's a compact, that is the selling point of the phone. Not everyone wants to walk around with a tablet in their pockets. What did you expect, like really?
