The inside of my nose is burning as if I sniffed chlorine or something :crying:
Its been a bit runny but now it hurts like hell :crying:
I put bactroban nasal inside my nose but it only helped for the rawness from blowing my nose a lot.
Also it bleeds when I blow my nose :crying:

Sounds like you have a cold or something and by blowing your nose constantly you are aggravating the problem, did you maybe take something with ephedrine to dry your nose up?

Are you sure you don't have the plague?
Lost any limbs recently?

I had a bit of a cold but stopped taking medicine. I'm only taking vitamin C now but its not going away.

And its possible I have a rare disease.

My immune system is very close to nonexistent

There are a couple of different causes of this kind of burning sensation inside of the nose. The first potential causes, which is particularly common as the weather starts to get colder and the air to get drier, is that the lining of the nasal passages because dried out, leading to burning, cracking, or even nose bleeds. The best way to treat this problem, at least initially, is as you suggested to try using a nasal saline spray (which you can buy in the pharmacy). The next potential cause is nasal allergies, or allergic rhinitis. This is also quite common, and is typically provoked by a whole assortment if indoor allergens like mites and mold. Often with nasal allergies there is stuffiness or sneezing in addition to the uncomfortable burning sensation. Nasal allergies can be treated with a combination of allergen avoidance and anti allergy medications like anti histamines and nasal steroid sprays. I would suggest that you start by going to see your primary care doctor. They will be able to examine inside your nose and help figure out whether this is simple a problem of dryness or if it is related to allergies. Based on what they find, they can recommend the appropriate treatment.

Thanks Keegan :) I think its most likely dryness because my skin also gets super dry in winter. I'll get a nosey spray I think before going to the Dr.

Get a saline nose spray.
Or get one of those kits with the salt packs included.

Its soo weird, I wonder why saline solution would work. cause, salt is known for dehydrating things and taking away moisture..
oh well beats me...

Well they are made to cleans your nasal passages and in fact return moisture to the area rather than drying it out.
It's not a kg of salt or anything it is minor amounts that act more as a disinfectant.

My dad did say I should sniff salt water but I haven't trusted anything he says since he told me to rub Vicks VapoRub under my eyes....

Trust your Dad!! That's the best advice your dad could have given you for sore/scratchy/red eyes. I never use eye drops of any sort. Vicks FTW!!
It's best to do it at night - when you ready for bed. Your eyes will run like hell, but believe me it will sort out your eye problem. Been doing that for the past 20 odd years. . . ;)
