Comparing a Tata Indica with A Merc C Class... Come on...
I bought my daughter a j2core and must say I am impressed for the price.
R1300 (+R200 for a body glove) got her a very nice phone.
Decent size, responsive, good colour on the screen, cameras are not bad either.

Made me rethink my flagship phone purchases, again.

LOL if you do the math the Apple is 50 times more expensive than the Mobicel :)

But the Mobicel has decent specs for the price, that can't be argued

Would be nice if effort was put into these comparison articles MyBB likes instead of copy pasting specs.

You can't compare anything to an Apple phone. Everything else will be sub-standard in quality, design and operation.

Can't really make such a comparison as most people don't need much in a phone.

On a different note though, the most popular phone a 3G phone? @jannievanzyl

You seem to confuse two different ideas.

The top selling phone does not mean it must have 50%+ penetration.

Or are you just looking for an debate? ;)
Look at the price, and from PEP. It is clear why it is the top selling phone and by whom. And your point wasn't that 3G phones were unaffordable?
