What reasoning for the state of disaster is there now? I mean the positivity rate is the lowest it's been in almost the entire 500 days of lockdown.

Yeah, but I don't know if there will be a 4th wave, unless a new strain emerges worse then Delta, as it seems Delta actually whipped through the populous, the positivity rate hasn't been this low for a long time.

What I still find intriguing is the active hours for Covid. 00:00 to 04:00 its the most active so we need a curfew.
