South African hotel and gaming group, Sun International, said on Monday it expects an investigation into a shareholder dispute in Nigeria to be completed shortly, before it would finally exit the country.
The firm, operators of the Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, had been subjected to probe by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over issues surrounding its initial investment in the Tourist Company of Nigeria (TCN).

Good. They should invest in the US or Europe. Forget third world countries, there are no money to be made.

I understand where you are coming from. To some extent I agree, but for the moment, if they all pulled out of this continent (especially Old Mutual, etc) I think we'd be in for a world of pain.

Better to spiral down to subzero as quick as possible so the remaining survivors can start anew and rebuild SA than dragging this for another few decades of ANC/EFF strife.

I actually agree, its better to rip the plaster off the wound and take the pain now, than to soak it off and we all have to endure the pain and heat.

Good, I don't know why any reputable business would want to do any business in Nigeria.
