And you ignore the fact that is a small minority - so small that the Combined muslim bodies gave the courts expert witnesses to defend the lock down.
You are fully aware of this Fact and yet you ignore it?
Typical Bigoted attitude!
You need to stop man.. You have clearly showed yourself to be a Muslim hater around here. We get it, but it's becoming tiring now seeing you post so often, about something, just to get a response on here.Court application to attend mosques dismissed.

Lockdown: High court dismisses application to have mosques reopened
The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has dismissed an application by a group of Muslim leaders and entities to declare certain parts of the lockdown regulations unconstitutional because it prohibits prayers, specifically the Muslim daily prayers, in places of worship.www.news24.com
As predicted and I'm guessing part of the decision rests with the knowledge that the last thing you want is for our muslim friends to be allowed back into the mosque during the holiest month. Excellent timing from the Powers that be.
Our senior cleric Bham, who was so quick to call out blasphemy against Muhammed should come out and call this court decision a victory for the Islamic majority.
He should also make a request to all minority splinter groups not to pursue these actions through appeal or otherwise. Our esteemed muslim community should stand united in fighting the spread of this virus by not going to mosques. It's simple and applies to all institutions.
They also need to understand that along with many other areas of mass gatherings, mosques will be one of the last places to get a reprieve from lockdown regulations. It's a close quarters establishment where a congregants face and hands come into direct contact with carpet and floor that gets trampled on by men wearing socks or are barefeet. This happens 5 times a day so little opportunity to adequately disinfect the premises.
The risk of a viral spread and contamination is dangerously high.
Heavy boots might not be a bad idea after all Mr Bham
Look I know that it's hard for you to believe. And I'm not sure why you are ignoring it to push your agenda as it was posted in your other thread , but the UUCSA which comprises of most of the major organisations has opposed this motion in court by applying as a "friend of the court"Court application to attend mosques dismissed.

Muslim groups go to courts to challenge lockdown
Muslim groups go to courts to challenge lockdown
A group of Muslim theologians, representing more than 20 South African mosques and their worshippers, will be approaching the courts to challenge the national lockdown regulations prohibiting large groups from attending daily prayers. You've been going on and on that this is just some Muslim minorities which others have distanced themselves from, highlights a few things.
All extremist elements start off as minorities hoping to build momentum in order to achieve a greater objective. It's the majority that silently support them whom we should be concerned about.
The fact that you have these minor splinter groups going against the grain points to the fact that this belief is essentially borne out of a cult that have no central authority, direction or unity. Take the shia, sunni conflict as an example. This level of animosity where there's supposed to be peace and tolerance you won't find in any other religion. Even the Wahabi Saudi headquarters is rife with pagan practises, moral corruption and rampant commercialization.
I have no doubt in my mind that if they were successful in this order those that previously claimed to object to this court application would be lining up in droves to enter the mosques, now claiming it is the will of Allah.
The ones that observe common sense and continue to distance themselves from these places would actually be in the minority.

When he appeared before the two committees last week, he made it clear that he only apologised for the blasphemy - not the arrests, because the worshippers had broken the law.
On Friday, he backtracked, claiming an investigation found that there was no blasphemy.
He said three of the congregants were named Mohammed, including one of the organisers, and the police officers were referring to the person, not Prophet Mohammed.
"The question of blasphemy, for us, falls off," he said.
