Muslims (according to this thread) believe their prophet is above the law of the land, therefor they are above the law of the land if they follow his edicts.
Christians are fundamentally taught to obey the laws of the country they live in.
Neither group is perfect at carrying out instructions, but if that is (and it was) your argument, it's irrelevant to this topic.
The vast majority of Muslims in this country are obeying the laws of the land and not attending prayers. Mosques across the country were closed before the lockdown even started. The Jamiatul Ulama and UUCSA, both councils representing the majority of SA Muslims have informed their followers to abide by the governments rulings.
