This is just confusing, are we supposed to pay the bribes at the new outlets now or still just cash for lunch to the speedcops?

Wait, so they are launching 3 outlets in October, already behind schedule for Phase 1....

Should have had 7 up and running by end September...

"Service" outlets huh.

So these are just offices where you can get the paperwork to dispute the fine but not actually pay it?

Yay for more sheltered employment!

In future, only card payments will be made at the Aarto service outlets,” the RTIA said.

In the future... so no date applied to this supposed awesome feature.

I mean its only taken the post office and licensing department 20+ years to get it right, and even then it only works 25% of the time. :p
