The ANC should ignore this fearmongering by the DA. They are anti-transformation and do not want to address of correct the injustices of the past. The ANC should simply push this through as fast as they possibly can. The country will get exactly what it deserves.

Screw the pooch as much as you want, we're not letting you leave.
Don't worry, they will give the rest of the republic an awesome deal on 3-day tourist visas upon arrival, as well as reasonably affordable guided tours by chaperones. (Bonus: No charge for entry interviews by their spy prevention unit - and free fingerprinting!)

Shame on you, just like there were periods of not enough labour during Apartheid and now tremendous unemployment, the pattern will continue and nobody but the well connected will have it good. Unemployment will continue to rise and poor blacks will suffer the most. That is not just retribution.

Reality about the DA is they only criticise the bill because it's not theirs.

If the ANC tabled a bill enshrining more property rights, the DA would appose that as well.

It's an election year and they are cherry picking proposed bills to intimidate voters to vote for them, the DA.

Wouldn't that be actually sinking the country?

Concerns are being raised about the level of alcohol consumption in South Africa.
The concerns are largely misinformed and based on the WHOs hatred of drinkers.

As reference, according to WHO you are a heavy episodic drinker if you consume 6 or more standard drinks at least once a week. A standard drink is roughly a beer.

There are societal issues with drinking yes but it's from a minority rather than the majority.

That minority.. has a very big impact on the larger majority who don't drink.

Eh,that's quite the statement to make
Sometimes it's not about saying the opposite of what the other guy does, especially when the other guy's idea is lunacy, and his red friend's is even worse
