Kallis got a 50 in the last game. We just have such high standards of him. Smith is in bad touch, but I don't think his position is at jeopardy...

Unfortunately, and irrespective of his increasing failure rate in ODIs, he seems to have the selectors by the short 'n curlies, so they will always select him. He should give up on the shorter formats and stick to test cricket. His ODI average is only around 38 runs, and that's only because he scores the occasional higher score, and then fails dismally .. such as in today's ODI vs Pak

Unfortunately you are right. I admire his past batting achievements, but it's really time he fell on his sword in short-format cricket
