We've capitulated too many times now. After the first wicket went down he rotated the strike, gave QdK more balls as he was scoring well, and steadied the ship. You cannot ask more from an opener. He played the role that the game demanded of him...

I don't know how many sixes he has hit, what I do know is that he scores quickly.

So your logic is blame AB who got 74 off 56 balls but Amla and Dumminy are blameless.

Amla and Duminy are not blameless, but you cannot expect them to play a game they're not equipped to. It's terrible resource management that lost us the game. AB, being the captain, should know from previous experience that a game can be thrown from the position they were in.

Must agree - Pakistan scored a lot more runs than they should.

That said, the batsmen CHOKED badly at the end.
