Is this match being televised? I would love to catch the highlights tonight, especially to see the action of Hendricks.

Me thinks we going to be a little under down going into the 1st test...

Problem is Hendricks, is not as good a bat as Kleinveldt, McLaren or Parnell imo. If we were performing well enough and dropping the spinner I would go with Hendricks, he has been performing out of his skin and he gets movement through the air like a king.
But Abbott can hold a bat!

Dominic Hendricks, Reeza Hendricks and Temba Bavuma does not belong there

This would have been a much stronger team.

Harmer to Tsolekile, OUT, gets a huge stride in and gets his off stump knocked back

TL Tsolekile b Harmer 2 (16m 6b 0x4 0x6) SR: 33.33

If he is there just in case, I fret for the team. But wait. The whole team is playing like second stringers, so it's okay then.

Session 1 to the Composite IX.

Regardless of the rest of this session, session 2 comprehensively goes to the Composite IX. Thank goodness the Titans and Dolphins weren't eligible.

Some positives - Harmer at least seems to be making a strong case for himself. And Parnell doesn't seem to be spraying it about as he usually does.

We're one batsman short. Can't be playing with 5 bowlers - two of which are ****e and a handicapped wicket keeper. What are the selectors doing? Worst team we've fielded in years.

Looking at the glass half full, the Proteas IX have maintained a good run rate ;)

A fella picked as a bowler is top scorer in the national side? I would never have put my money on that

I fear for the day that AB is sidelined for a series and then one of smith / amla gets injured as well

Just a warmup guys, I wouldn't look too much into it. The level of intensity isn't there.
