dude, i honestly wish i could agree, but having worked in this for a long time, there is no-one in this world who could organize a party, let alone an agenda. and there are no globalists - just institutional capital. as i said, it's long since become a profiteering free-for-all.

edit: if you think the Red Cross case is bad, do some digging and look into what was laughably called the "reconstruction of Iraq". literally billions of dollars unaccounted for to this day, and the country left in tatters. it's institutional.
No, there are people who are collectively known as Globalists. Bill Gates among them. And look at his predictions from a few years back for a tagged and monitored future population by 2020. Via vaccination (perhaps), which he's now funding, and the WHO's involved.

For another day though, too far off topic and not simple to visit.

Wow, added 350 ventilators, while it's supposed authorities have now learnt about that mistake. Wonder how many high flow oxygen via nasal systems were added.... none?
As for the huge number, more "science" based on the faulty models already well known about?
Eskom announcement - the power grid is under severe strain. Please use ventilators sparingly and switch off any appliances not needed. :X3:

Anyway, level 4 can't be activated as it's currently illegal. They can only fix level 3 until the whole system is rewritten, or until that ruling is thrown out (which should be never, touch wood).
I'm not a legal person, but does their challenging of high court ruling not put said ruling on hold - ie back to normal until concourt makes their own and final ruling?

Edit: already discussed in detail pages ago..

You're too far behind - catch up first (I make notes), was discussed and yes you're right.

Discussed earlier in the thread:

"As it stands right now, the regulations are invalid, but the invalidity is suspended for 14 days and during that time the Regulations as promulgated in the relevant gazzette number for Level 3 apply.
If the government appeals, then the ruling and the invalidity of the regulations is suspended wholly whilst the appeal is underway so effectively it will be as if the ruling was never made in the first place so Level 3 regulations (and any changes they choose to make) will apply until they change to Level 2 or upgrade us to Level 4 again or until the appeal is heard and either upholds the initial ruling or rejects it."

though there's an open question about their ability to reimpose the alcohol ban irrespective since their power to do so is explicitly part of the Act itself, not a situation-specific ruling. so it may not be affected, either way.

So there are portions of the population that are not infectious. There's a thing for you! They get the bug build up immunity, don't show symptoms and don't pass it on.

Smells of fake science hey. The Prof is being vindicated.:unsure:

Some news from the WHO

Coronavirus patients without symptoms aren’t driving the spread of the virus, World Health Organization officials said Monday, casting doubt on concerns by some researchers that the disease could be difficult to contain due to asymptomatic infections.

Some people, particularly young and otherwise healthy individuals, who are infected by the coronavirus never develop symptoms or only develop mild symptoms. Others might not develop symptoms until days after they were actually infected.
There's a "good" answer to this now posted in the Internat. thread.

I dunno. I know but I don't know.
Thank God I don't have kids who will be punished when I go.

It's morbid **** this. But it needs to be faced.
Wearing a mask for any longer is screwing up my productivity. Can't breathe with this **** on my face.

I.dont.know.

So I rip it off when I'm working. PCB.
Can't see WTF I'm doing.

Yeah. This whole Corona is a mess. I'm sad and pissed off with it.

The UNFORGIVABLE IS THE ANC LOOKING TO TAKE POLITICAL ADVANTAGE OF THIS.

I really hope all the scheming, conniving ****ers die.

South Africa is but a shell of what it used to be before the ANC took over.
We were a THRIVING FARMING country. We produced more than we could consume.

Now we import stuff.

Farmer's were either killed or just gave up. That's the Black Liberation way.

It's been a moerse success everywhere it's been practised. Notably every country in Africa. Yeah.

It always ends the same.

But some don't see it. Some defend the ANC. Blindly. Just defend it.
I guess that's their choice.

That's their right. So they practice it.

Real people however, try to warn. I'm 57 and still learning. And warning.

Champ, the ANC doesn't give a flying **** for you. No matter how much you love or defend them here.

Your ANC has bigger plans. You're gonna be brushed aside when you need them most.

Sad. But they gonna shaft you.

Test it. And see if I'm wrong.

Has there been anything more said about Cele and co. "visiting" CT?
In particular, what has he got to do with the supposed reason for them moving there now????

I'm not really surprised. Based on how many hospitals are NOT taking part in reporting details
I don't agree with this - if this was a systemic and institutional breakdown, it would be chaos everywhere.
Yes there is chaos, but it is a well organized one. Things just work far too well in a confusing way.

Follow the money has never been more valid..

we can agree to disagree then. what i've seen, here and in other countries, is a spiralling systemic collapse that is opportunistically halted and/or looted by whomever has the power and means. over one or two or ten year periods, this may look organised, but over fifty it's just looting on a scale never before seen in history, enabled by a convergence of interests that doesn't need a conspiracy to make it possible. riding the dragon of unforeseen consequences, without anyone giving a **** about implications.

there's a famous quote about "not attributing to malice what can as easily be explained by ignorance".

i'd amend it to "ignorance, incompetence, and greed".

edit: sadly, it's going to bring down the world, eventually.

Why can't it be both?

Perhaps what we most need to remember is that it's happened before, Stalin, Hiltler & co. are just fleeting examples.

But they'll tell us all is well, the world is advanced now and A.I. will save us all. A.I. is a man controlled system, not true separate intelligence, and at best computers have the intelligence of an insect, last I heard anyway.

I feel the need to phone my sharpshooter/ merskman pal. For some crazy reason he's been taking shots at pineapples and all kinds of stuff lately.

He's probably just practicing. He doesn't talk much. Keeps things to himself. One of those quite guys.

Nice guy.

**** hot marksman. Scope and a humble Musgrave 243 can kill a Kudu from 1 km away.

Head shot. Kudu didn't see it or hear it coming.

Yeah.

Poor Kudu.

You must publish your manifesto here when you finally fall off the cliff. Then we can be famous in your infamy.
