That's going to be her tactic for everything. Delay until it becomes a non-issue as it is opened up again.
She's like those annoying poeple, that keep poking their fingers in your face all the time. And when you are about to punch them in the face, they stop.I called this.

Strict conditions will, however, be attached to the relief fund, including that applicants be South African, registered with the department of transport and registered as a business entity for income tax.
Transport minister Fikile Mbalula will also ask the national command council (NCC) to consider amending regulations to allow for long-distance and cross-border travel as well as full passenger capacity in taxis.
If only they could have a proper governmental public transport system, instead of relying on a private thuggery.![]()

Another stand-off is looming between the minister of transport and the taxi industry - which has rejected the conditions government has tabled for it to access R1.135bn in relief funds.www.timeslive.co.za

I'm sure there are a couple of floaters out in Milnerton and Camps Bay that they can test.
With November - February being tourist high season, I wouldn't be surprised if Rona wasn't in Cape Town before the world went crazy.
Actually ahead of a few countries to be honest, but it was never going to be 36k a day.The Economist reminding us about the big lie from government. Mind you, SA is well ahead of any other country in Africa and they state that SA and Ghana account for about half of sub-saharan Africa's tests.
Um... Not just Cape Town. Much like the average capetonian's skewed vision of their muppet town, all the tourists don't go to cape town and only cape town. Many, many (most) of them hack up their dirty little germs all over SA.The thick plottens you say?

I mean even most Cape Townians think there's the WC and every other province is Gauteng.Um... Not just Cape Town.
