Buying a bank repo is not necessarily a good idea. I was thinking of buying one but the rates bill was shown as R0,00. After 2 weeks of nagging the bank for the council account number, I found it was R330 000,00. The bank lady insisted it was a mistake. It wasn’t, they were plain dishonest

Swapping Zweli (actual doctor) with the current ultra corrupt H-A minister, sounds like extremely bad idea.
Don't you just love it when high IQ people expose their ignorance like that? both Aaron and Zweli are actual doctors, Aaron held the health minister position for a long time before Zweli took over. And since when is Motsoaledi ultra corrupt?

But, when you get told by the municipality that there is historical debt on the property (like I was - R30k) and transfer is in 2 weeks or the whole house sale falls apart, you pay, because engaging with said council will be fruitless and your house sale WILL collapse due to the delays and you need that darn rates clearance certificate.

Its ''in the wild'' now. Hard lockdown isn't going to slow it. Not that the fist lockdown actually worked anyway, speaking to the guys at work, Soweto and other informal areas were business as usual during the lockdown, nobody cared. One of my colleagues was travelling between KZN and GP without any issues.

Wonder from which hole they pulled the risk scores from. And no smoking on that chart.

Its a relative risk rank order list, which makes for interesting reading, but is not actually much use for making decisions about how to live your life.

So why wasn't he a part of the NCCC then?

No doubt it is where some decisions are based on.
