No mask is fine outdoors or anywhere when you are 5m or so aways from each other. That lot were passing each other on the same intersection. Photos spanned about 5 to 10 minutes, so it not like one lot went by then 15mins later the next lot came along.

You don't even need loadshedding during the time... We were load shed from 4pm to 6pm... Enough time to cook dinner and settle into our bedtime stories from uncle squirrel... But nooooooo.... Transformers in the area have gone pop so I can't listen to the scolding we're supposed to get.
