Remember what China did when they had just a few thousand cases?

We now have hundreds of thousands of cases and this is all our great leaders have managed to get done so far:

No idea, but It is more likely given his experience in the mines that he has been down a mine on a couple of occasions during his career in the mines, don't you think?
Being a recreation or welfare officer at a mine gives him fcall mining knowledge. Could just aswell been working at Planet fitness.

First it gave them the AnC now Rona , (besides all the horrible things Over the last 20 odd years)

But he cited historic issues of underfunding dating back to white-minority rule, and insisted that his department was rising to the challenge of Covid-19.
