Obviously overweight.

I had trouble telling it was a she. At first I thought he.

Ja, no. That's obese. It's not just a bit overweight.
I just ignore these reports attempting to glorify single nuanced deaths as it's nothing more than carefully crafted fear-mongering to try an make the issue look massive.
Very hard to make sense of these numbers, but scary either way:
It's specifically written to scare you.

PANDA co-ordinator Nick Hudson previously slated the government’s COVID-19 modelling, stating that it amounts to scaremongering.

Hudson said that “just as one group of modellers goes to ground after getting things catastrophically wrong for foreseeable reasons, a new one emerges to repeat the trick”.

He highlighted that the official modelling of South Africa’s projected mortalities from COVID-19 started at 375,000, which was completely wrong.

Over time, these forecasts were significantly reduced to 40,000 mortalities, which he believes is still a drastic over-estimate.

So... no MegaDeth music yet...

Laugh it up. It's funny until they take something away that you like, or need.

And before you retort with something you think is witty, go rewatch the videos of the army and police beating our fellow South Africans in the streets during lockdown.

They already have. I can't go to the gym and I can't drink.

But I'm okay with that, because the purpose of these bans is to save lives, just like wearing a mask.

I find it funny is a really sad way that people think compulsory mask wearing during a worldwide pandemic is some form of tyranny.

This is the ANC governement, didn't expect anything from them, they cleared a field for a school in my area in 2014, it's 6 years later and the field is just overgrown again. No school, not a single public school built in Roodepoort since 1994. In fact they started building a high school in my dads area when I was in high school, they finished it in about 2014, almost 15 years since they started.

There's enough data to show that lockdowns don't work.

Has the ANC government actually built anything? I know they've renamed things, but have they actually built anything? Even the "universities" they built were existing ones that were just blended to form a new one.

So, when this Vaccine finally drops (or more than one) - I've noticed there seems to be a sentiment amongst some that they WONT be taking it, as they're worried it has been rushed.

My question then is, will we still need to wear masks to protect those who are not comfortable taking the vaccine because we may give them the virus even though we ourselves are protected?

I've been reading that we might be wearing masks well into 2022 because even if maximum penetration is possible with a vaccine by year-end, many people are not going to take it.

Ah, I hope he is part of the NCCC. The crook in the doek must getting worried. Department of Minerals? Maybe. I guess he'd have to engage with the mines.

He spent too much time in close proximity to Hazenile - a rare and powerful mineral, not to be mucked with.
