As far as I know, there is no evidence that quitting smoking causes short term harm to the immune system. "smokers flu" is not an actual infection. In fact, from what I've read there may even be Immune System improvements when quitting smoking, even in the short-term.
I have quit a number of times, both smokes and vapes. I don't want to jinx it, but I would say my immune system is quite strong - NEVER had a flu (no vaccine) and only get cold once every 2-3 years. Work with people, go out etc so exposure is there.
Every single time though I tried to quit, I either got a cold or just wasn't feeling OK for a few weeks. Note: not smokers flu, actual cold.

That stress is more withdrawal symptoms. Will get over it in a couple of days. Just stay home for a week or two, tie yourself to an ergonomic chair. The underlying stress however didn't go anywhere.
Better take Xanax then?

WC total new cases today is negative. Seems like someone was naughty and allocated other provinces cases to the WC

Funny things going on wiht the data recently reported. WC show a -454, other provinces show a spike in cases.

Seems like someone is busy with a clean-up of the data.

Correct, it is explained on the WC Covid19 website. Apparently WC got allocated cases from the other provinces which they fixed today.
