Yes, the term is INCORRECTLY used by mediahack and by you. Just saying that I'm ignorant doesn't make it so and it doesn't make your definition of R0 any more realistic.

Why don't you give us a quote from that article that gives credence to your definition of R0?

The two quotes that I chose from the article directly contradict what you said about R0 being a static number.

I don't really want to get into a slanging match about this very subtle parameter (especially with someone who is consistently rude and snarky to everyone) but you are incorrect, R0 is not a static figure.

Yup, I mean he's quick to be shocked that Eskom is failing, yet he was the deputy president during the time it starting crumbling, was assigned to the task force to address the issues. But as usual did absolutely nothing. He's really the epitome of BEE tenderpreur as I don't see him having achieved anything if it wasn't for the ANC.

I doubt it. They want that piece of **** to receive as little attention as possible as it slides on in.

If they thought they could have gotten away with it without it being mentioned in parliament they would have simply ignored any "leaked" document and forged ahead. The doek wearing **** wants access to more funds to plunder and wants it through this process. That's why it went into her budget.
