Yes, the term is INCORRECTLY used by mediahack and by you. Just saying that I'm ignorant doesn't make it so and it doesn't make your definition of R0 any more realistic.
Why don't you give us a quote from that article that gives credence to your definition of R0?
The two quotes that I chose from the article directly contradict what you said about R0 being a static number.
Again:
