under this system, individual consumers would have to apply for a permit to purchase alcohol – likely at the local police station – and would have to apply using their phone number and other forms of registration.
Drinking license. Renewable yearly at a fee. Will not be used at taverns or shebeensSo I will need to go to the police station to get 'permission 'to buy a bottle of wine'![]()

I don't care, you can call all those who voted for me. Go ahead, you piece of ****. Hey you, you don't have a right to say anything because you never voted for me. **** you, you uncircumcised boy. Go get circumcised. I am not scared of you. You can go ahead if you like and hire a water tanker from your own pocket. Do it, I don't give a damn!

They will only be happy when private schools are as bad as government schools. Equality means you drag everyone down to your standards.![]()
Cosas marches to private schools to close them but find them empty as they’re on holiday
Cosas says President Cyril Ramaphosa is afraid of private schools and they will therefore close them on his behalf.www.iol.co.za
That's exactly what equality is.They will only be happy when private schools are as bad as government schools. Equality means you drag everyone down to your standards.
So first the morons said that the schools need to close because it was dangerous to all kids.![]()

It's a union, unions don't have the interest of the people at heart. So first the morons said that the schools need to close because it was dangerous to all kids.
Now after the schools are closed they say the poor are being disadvantaged, again, because private schools can open. How this even sounds normal should be beyond normal people.
They also have no issue with their kids running around in open fields, river beds, roads and each others houses, no masks, no social distancing. Do they then not care?

eh? ... that's not a reason that they can stay open:![]()
Why private schools can stay open in South Africa – And what it means for matric exams
Private schools are not bound by the government’s recent closure of schools because they claim they can keep learners safe and desperately need the money from school fees.mybroadband.co.za

They only care about the privileged having their privileges taken away from them.So first the morons said that the schools need to close because it was dangerous to all kids.

Did they also get the water cannon treatment?
And now it's also clear why they are pushing so heavily for NHI. Nothing to do with improving existing Healthcare...He said Cosas felt it was unfair that private schools continued while public schools were closed.
“This is just setting public school learners up for failure. Even during the hard lockdown they had access to Zoom classes, while we don't have the resources. They have always had access to e-learning and now they are allowed to continue with classes,” he said.
