Sugar isn't the only thing that causes diabetes, I just wish people would forget that little issue. Carbs of any sorts are the biggest issue.

Justice Minister Ronald Lamola late on Thursday said a “fusion centre” to deal with Covid-19-related graft will be established, but there is not as yet a clear idea what it would look like.

Lamola said it’s yet to be decided where the “fusion centre” will sit in law. He said the fusion centre needed a “legislative framework and a legislative guidance that will enable it to operate with a clear line of command”.

The ministers appointed to serve on the committee to look at procurement are: Lamola, Minister in the Presidency Jackson Mthembu, Finance Minister Tito Mboweni, Police Minister Bheki Cele, Public Service and Administration Minister Senzo Mchunu and Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma.

What's interesting is that the corruption currently going on at endemic, or is that pandemic, levels makes the case against the NHI. It shows that it doesn't matter what the ANC promises, they are unwilling to deal with corruption. This fusion centre will just add to that against when it inevitably fails. The ANC can't accept not being allowed to deploy cadre so any effort will be for naught.

NHI is not there to create and provide health for all. It is there to create equality in health services for all. That will be achieved through corruption and bringing private health to its knees.
