- None of the prevention measures are 100% effective.
- Getting it maybe partly due to the negligence of others - e.g. those with chin masks etc.
- Human nature to sympathize / emphasize. Large number of diseases are preventable to an extent (not just Covid-19), yet people still get sick.
What are the statistical probabilities of you catching it from someone wearing their masks under their nose/chin?
My view is that most of those getting it these days have poor hand-to-face hygiene, which again speaks to people not taking personal responsibility for their health and then blaming others, like the chin-maskers.
To me those who are personally-negligent are the main cause for the high numbers we're being fed by the State. We're 9 months in with piles of information on how to avoid contracting the virus; those who're still catching Covid today overwhelmingly deserve it. It sucks though that the millions of us who don't, because we take responsibility for our own health when we go about, are left to deal with the consequences of those morons.
And no, I'm not talking about those who go to beaches/bars/etc. They are used as scapegoats for ANC and MSM to avoid accountability of the failing healthcare system, which the ANC broke over the past 26 years.
