Well you're the one saying just the 'flu' and talking about massive conspiracies. The post you're responding to makes neither of those claims.

True, some people are still blind to the near constant fearmongering way this pandemic has been presented.
well, free 5G is actually good to have. You won't know unless you try it.

Log is better for showing the rate of growth. Much easier to see if that is changing. Linear is misleading.
No, linear is more intuitive.
Log graphs are for making exponential growth look like a straight line.

Exactly why they're better and more useful for seeing changes in the rate of growth. Rather than totally misleading linear numbers.

Yes! And who understands the concept of log properly besides engineers and scientists? I have started to wonder about statisticians given their incredibly poor record relating to this epidemic.

I
Here is the excess death per province, see if you can connect the dots for the current spike in some areas.

I did exactly that a few posts back. I can see there is an increase in cases and I can also understand how that will lead to more deaths. However I maintain that these increases in cases will probably not last long and the deaths they do lead to will be far less than even the first wave. I believe this is due to the fact that the larger and denser population centres appear to be over 50% seroprevelance and that until a more infectious strain appears we are actually largly protected by having been through our second wave with barely any lockdown measures.

Not what I am pointing out. GP has the least immunity with 169 deaths per hundred thousand , EC has 515.
And obviously GP is with higher population and higher density. Hypothetically another 50 000 deaths can happen in GP if its to equal the EC rates.

Brazil, Italy, US says hi. Got it, its just a flu and there is a massive conspiracy where many scientists, governments journalists all over the world are working together to exaggerate what has happened over the last year. Amazing achievement by all those involved.
I would just leave it. You can't fix this one.
