What I love about the Filipinos is that they take instructions from their leaders very seriously, specially when it comes to their hygiene. Generally hygiene is non existent. But they managed to quickly adapt.

And the best part is virtually all of those tests are negative, unless the subjects have traveled recently.

Unfortunately they are not doing 5k tests per day. It's more like 1-2k when the numbers are put out there (very hard to find) and even then they are either a) testing paranoid rich people with no symptoms or b) only testing people with severe symptoms
