Consistency is the key here. The more these stupid issues remain, the more people will start to travel for no good reason to other areas to access what they need. There should be NO differences in how shops and different retail chains understand and implement the regulations. The cause of this is a hopeless failure by the relevant departments (DTI in the main) to set the rules clearly. It is even leading to Provincial governments interpreting the rules differently It is a serious issue and it is just being ignored day after day.What is the point?
