Looks like massive failure in controls. Should close the whole thing down, but it doesn't bode well for us if the case load goes higher up. I see my local netcare hospital have set up some sort of reception screening outside of the main hospital reception. They're using a marquee.

"For the duration of the crisis, the LCR [Liquidity Coverage Ratio], a ratio setting out the liquid assets a bank has to maintain in relation to its anticipated outflows, is being lowered from 100% to 80%," the Authority said."

Seems dangerous. I hope they take this LCR thing back to 100% after this crisis.

It doesn't although some people are on the same drug and dose that is being evaluated for treatment of Covid-19, i.e. Lopinavir with Ritonavir.
