The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) claims that the Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) has been informing motorists via SMS that they have outstanding enforcement orders for traffic fines of which they were previously unaware.

There is a form that you fill in at the municipality to change your address.

How about we get people to comply with road safety and prevention instead of trying to get them to pay for fines. Just saying. Maybe outa can take goverment to court for that. I'm not sure why the people can't take government to court for non compliance. Maybe this journalist and look into if that's an appropriate action.
