Where can one find a list of the parties that will appear on the voting form?

According to the IEC (http://www.elections.org.za/) there are 139 parties registered in the Western Cape. When you request a list of the REGISTERED parties, the website gives 10 pages of unheard of parties, some listed EIGHT (8) times. No mention of ANC, DA, EFF, FF+, COPE or IFP...etc etc
