EE is an investment platform, not a trading platform. Can't be bothered to read the rest if the headline can't even get it right. GT247 is a trading platform...

Yeah that is a major fail.

I missed the word trading and assumed they were comparing the bank’s investment platforms.

Either way it doesn’t change my opinion much, the bank platforms sucked ass.

Because actual trading platforms allow you to set your trading prices, and trade wherever you feel like. EE is limited to business hours. The disadvantage to this when trading should be obvious...
Fair enough. The market EE is playing for isn't for traders though, it's investors.

For the crowd who want to trade, other (paid-for) platforms are clearly better.

I should have put all my money in Satrix S&P 500 and I would have been down only 2%, but nooooo, more than half went into EC10... which is down 41%.
I mean technically you shouldn't be putting all your money anywhere.

Diversify, diversify, diversify.

Diversify, diversify, diversify.

I was talking about EE only.

And maybe you are right, I should have put it in some World fund, can't get more diversified than that.

Have some in EC10, close behind you 37.8% down.
Portfolio is down 25.99%.
Hopefully it pulls back from March 2023.
