It’s because no-one knows they have parcels.. Unless I order it, I never know as they rarely send sms post pandemic.

So this is my experience with the Post Office so far. @mylesillidge

Order something of Aliexpress over 6months ago.The sms notification is so vague.Did a google search and found the Post Office.

I have free time today and call the Post Office.Nobody answers the phone and it gives you a "call cannot be connected message"

I called PO customer care to query the branch number. Screenshot_20211019-141541_Truecaller.jpg
Ten minutes later and nobody answers the Post Office Customer Care Number.

The Post Office branch hasn't been reachable for a while.. Screenshot_20211019-142107_Chrome.jpg

What happened to their new leadership and promise on better customer service?

@XTM Does my sms look legit?

The problem with these SOEs are that they try convince us they will improve their performance by either amputating the competition or increase the consumer’s tax for their services. The need Project Management 101 .. bottom up approach

Took long to reach SA, but once it registered at JIMC it was quick to reach Durbanville PO. The notification was delivered on the 20th, the day after I went to pick it up. Usually that notification paper takes weeks.

4 weeks is impressive, I wonder Cape Town deliveries generally come through quicker than elsewhere?

All intl mail needs to first route through JHB?
