South Africans love KFC

Oh.. I'm only half charo cos I live in Durban and I'm stingy.... So wouldn't have a clue about Indians in India and their dietary habits.

What-kind hey? But I asking you nicely, how? Now you tuning me.................Still, I bet you my Chicken Briyani is better than your mother in-laws, brothers, cousin, nieces Briyani.

I dont mean to be condescending, again, but where do you get your spices from? I still go to Overport by that main road that got changed, I think it was/is Michael (fill in here.....) Its worth it to get the experience.... Durban is honestly the crown jewel of the cities in SA, in so many ways. Im still very deeply hurt about the these times it's going through a tropical paradise with beautiful people.

It can't be the fact that a majority of the population is Hindu and a majority of Hindu's are fussy over meat and mostly vegetarian.

I wouldn't expect a pale face like you to understand what I was asking, mind your own business, would you please, you anglo-saxon colonizer!, Is'nt this cultural appropriation or something along those lines, are you from the Indian sub-continent by birth or ancestry to qualify to answer?

Lefties did I get that right, did I show him his high horse privilege?

to Hindu's the cow has some sacred/religious significance and also a rather significantly more practical reason was that a long time ago the Hindu population of India would rather use the cows to till their fields of vegetable produce which gives them more food than actually consuming the cows .... India does have a very large population to feed - it has very little to do with "fussiness" - and the mostly vegetarian part of it was more accurate in days gone past - nowadays a lot of India consumes meat of other types .... just not beef, while the Muslim population of India and elsewhere avoids pork as they consider pigs to be unclean animals

Only a braindead simpleton would associate chicken with black people. It's literally the most consumed meat on the planet and basically all cultures eat chicken unlike beef and pork and certain other meats

I don't see the offence though, it's the same as boerewors which is associated with South Africans.

If KFC served chicken briyani then yours would be worse than that.

Ja. Just such a huge pity and disgrace, that non of the KFC outlets in Mosselbay deliver. Living in Johannesbufg, my family ate KFC atleast once a week. Living now here in Mosselbay, we eat KFC, maybe once every 5 months. Delivery in SA is so important and these KFC outlets, have lost millions already, due to this...

Maybe I was very hungry, I've had worse

Sounds like you also fell for the scam, condolences
I generally keep a bottle of my home made sauce on me all the time. Colonists have super bland tastebuds.

my popeyes closed down, no one even notice .........:crying:

kfc killed popeyes ........ :(

rip
Popeyes is disgusting, the last time I had it I was extremely ill.

Chicken Licken soul fire sauce isn’t bad, but their chicken is far too oily.

Never had an issue with Popeyes. I like their chicken, and delivery is quick. Worst is Chicken Licken gross...

I generally keep as little in my kitchen as possible, its more of a showroom for appliances lol.

I find Tasty Gallo's usually the best chicken for the price

their chicken burgers is probably better than KFC and Licken

I do like some KFC. They are cheap and have some decent options.

Dunked wings
Ghost pepper dunked burger
Streetwise 1 mash and miniloaf
Streetwise 2 with pap

Those are pretty much the only meals I buy from them. I must admin I'm a regular.
