There are very few people/coffee shops that does not spoil my day making a cup. Most of them are actually very friendly and nice people, but when they make that cup it is as if they fill it with the hate and abuse from their childhood. Better to drink a glass of municipal water and make a cup at home. Everyone is happy then.

Drunk municipal water. You will **** and puke your lungs out.

Now you know who to blame when you get bad service at PnP, the guy at a car wash doing a shoddy job, your helper or gardener giving you attitude, it's the WMC puppet's fault.

Wrong, the ANC is a collective as they keep telling us. The president of the ANC only does what the collective says. He's just a figurehead for the collective. So put the blame where it actually belongs as the collective says they take collective responsibility for anything that goes wrong in SA.

Nice cop out. It actually means they take no responsibility, nobody is to blame and therefore can't be held accountable. Marxism personified.

Okay, I will let @surface know to amend his blaming accordingly.

Same story as every other SOE and Municipality.

BEE cadres deployed into top positions. While there they begin to build their own self enrichment network. They seed the institution with their own BEE cadres who have connections and know how to channel money away from the government and into their own pockets.

The ANC have facilitated, enabled and encouraged this. Reason? These networks all form a powerful support structure for those at the top. The keys to power as they say.

This rot within every SOE and Municipality is not something that will ever go away. It will get worse and more fierce. There is no accountability. The entire government and judicial system is not only infested by these networks of power, but is in fact built on them and cannot function(?) without them.

When corruption becomes the foundation of a society, there is no turning back without completely destroying the entire system either through war or through a catastrophic natural disaster which breaks down the entire system to the point of anarchy, and civil war and chaos. This is how all countries started. This is the starting point to go back to.

I do not see any other way to dig out an overwhelming infestation of woodborer and rats in this country's house without burning it down to the foundation as is common with houses who's owners took leave of all senses of responsibility and consequences.

It's been clear for a long time, judging by the steady destruction of the independent judiciary, transport infrastructure, piped water etc, that the ANC regarded them as negative legacies of colonialism – except, of course, for the looting opportunities they presented.

Judging by the abuse heaped on Helen Zille by most of the country, and the DA witch hunt that followed, everyone agreed with the ANC and they should not be complaining now about the accuracy of her tweet.

This is what happens if you put people in charge who cannot even piss straight, let alone manage things - it's like giving a man the keys of a limousine but blindfolding him and then telling him to drive... I mean HELLO?!

It's classic Communism/Socialism.
Simple as that.

Wouldn't be a problem with smaller dams.
We already have 25 million small dams.

Actually Dunning-Kruger in a nutshell. Excellent rewrite of the long scientific description.
