Already getting a network error when trying to get the certificate

After a few attempts, I managed to get through. The OTP arrived surprisingly quickly.

I got all of the same errors, but it did load in the end - got my certificate. Was rather painless. OTP was instant etc. Not too fond that it only shows the vaccine for the code I entered, was hoping it would show both.

Are you making sure of the first point?

• Please make sure you are the only user in the country who is using the system.
• Only people who are fully COVID-19 vaccinated can retrieve their COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate
• The QR Code generated is not intended to be readable by the general public, it is meant to be used by entities requiring to verify the card’s validity, using a Vaccine Certificate System inbuilt QR scanner which will be available in the near future.

I got as far as confirming Cell Number and entering OTP...then the same error message
