R744,000 down the drain

South Africa's R744,000 DigiTech.gov.za website has been inaccessible since around June 2024, and the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies has been silent about the downtime.

Its latest update came in August 2024, when it said it was finalising the process of appointing a new service provider to manage the DigiTech platform.

Never money for stuff that really matters, but pissing away billions is a national sport to the ANC.

Who is in charge of that ministry again? Or is your brain cached at blaming the anc ? Clear the cache

Fine let's rather call it a national sport for politicians. They are all bad.

Besides don't get your panties in a twist and jump to defend people that put us in the predicament.

This don't change the fact the ANC has run the country the past 30 years and has pissed away more Billions, possibly Trillions of Rand and have F all to show for it.
Apologize to @zulucat

The original DogiTech.gov site was created under the leadership of a cANCer minister, the revamp was created under the leadership of a cANCer minister. The shitshow was removed under the leadership of a DA minister - and rightfully so.

Did a dutch person write this article?

"However, the website itself was still sluggish and laden with errors."

Always that one fanboi that defends the DA. Ironic in the department of COMMUNICATION, that they don't just communicate what the story is then with the website.
