Special offers?

Hi,

I heard a rumour that there is a special ADSL offer, but could not confirm it. The problem is that the "client" who told me about it gives even more confusing info than one is used to get from Telkom.

The rumour goes that if you purchase the Telkom ADSL modem, the total monthly cost is a mere R400 for home users.

Anybody else heard something similar?

Nothing on Telkom website. Sure, they have a ADSL special promo, but it takes you to the normal ADSL pages.

But then again, if it is true, they will most likely only publish it on web once special is over.[]

Hmmm... I don't know anything about it, but it doesn't really seem like it could be true. Why would Telkom want you to buy thier modems so badly?

I could be wrong, but it just doesn't seem right.
