Ive just spoken to some guy at sentech support and he said the speed issues will only be resolved by the end of august and until then nothing can be done. He also tried to convince me that my 15kbps or 1.8KB speeds were very acceptable speeds. At the moment i cant even connect to my internet banking site.
Ive asked them over 2 months ago to escalate my problem to accounts so that i can cancel my contract and im yet to recieve a response.
Sentech need to learn about customer service. its pure bishop that i cant speak to anyone higher up or even someone in accounts without going through the call centre.
Does anyone have a number that could help me get this resolved?
