Today I phoned Sentech to find out if they have made any progress
with regards to my ticket number. Apparently it has been sent to
2nd level twice and I have not heard a peep for about a week.
Well the techie said that according to 2nd Level all speed issues are
resolved.
Hmm... so I thought with that kind of attituted I might as well cancel
my contract. So I phoned again and asked if I could cancel my contract
and what is the procedure...
He basicly told me everything I have to do but asked why I wanted to
cancel the contract.
I basicly said to him that its not so much the speed issue... its that I phoned almoost
two weeks ago with a problem... and you guys are failing to acknowledging my problem
and failing to tell me what you are doing to rectify my problem... in short
I am waiting for 2nd level to acknowledge and fix my problem who insist that speed issues
are resolved.
Anyway with all this said... he said that I should email him a beakdown on my speeds
so he can take them to 2nd Level... well I almost fell off my chair.
But it seems no one in the organisation believes there is a speed problem...
I am hoping he can fix my probs... so tonight I will send my speed tests... b
ut funny how when I enquired about cancelling I got a little bit more service and someone
taking owenership... cuz at the end of the day I dont mind teething problems I just want someone
to take ownership which can be hard but makes all the difference.
