What is happening Rain?

To be expected since they let Vodacom users roam on their network, they say it won't affect RAIN user performance but we all know that is a load of bull...

My speed has dropped from 20Mbps+- (up and down) to around 8Mbps if I'm lucky. Last night dropped to 0.50Mbps.

Luckily Vumatel started trenching in my area Yesterday so I'm only a month or so away from cancelling this k@k, had enough of this company and their excuses, pretty soon they'll end up exactly like iBurst did, insignificant and without subscribers, they'll then just start a new company called "Precipitation" or something ridiculous like that and be even crappier.

Holy crap, that is terrible.

Mine also slowed down a little bit, but still useful. Pushing about 20-30 down and 20 up.

Most people have been experiencing this since they launched.. i went over to Cell C ... the speed is not that great.. about 8mbps but it's stable all the time. Happy to sacrifice speed for stability.

I am so annoyed with the degrading of the speed on Rain (via MWeb) over the last two week. I used to get between 10 and 21Mbps on my speedtest and now it sometimes goes down to 0.01Mbps. I'll restart my router and reach between 1 and 6Mbps just to have it cr@p out on me again.

How can this be acceptable?
