One thing I find interesting is that it lists my ISP as Telkom. However I am routing local traffic through an IS OpenWeb local only account. But given my experience with a thread on international downloads being generally limited to 512kbps, I am guessing the Cape Town server is not an SA IP address. The possibility exists that of 900+ local routes, this one was left out.
