I love the hot one too and have both. Always have Tobasco in the cupboard too(red and green). Sometimes a milder, tangy burn is a nice addition.

I tried the one from Newton Park Spar today. A Spar brand. It's so awful I'm thinking of writing a strongly-worded letter to Spar

Haven't yet made my own.

This one is actually alright. Got it at Checkers and mentioned somewhere in this thread.
