SSL overheads?

If I use a news server and enable SSL how much of my bandwidth is used by SSL % wise?

Lets assume I'm on a 384kb/s adsl line using astraweb servers?

Depends on key size, but i dont think you are gonna see large increases in bandwidht..

You will see no significant difference in bandwidth consumption caused by SSL. What you will notice, or rather the server admin, is a significant increase in CPU usage on the web server....
