I've tried using several different web browsers as well as several different devices and still keep getting this error. It depends how you define 'day' during a 24 hour period. We had load shedding at 2am this morning, and another scheduled for 6pm this evening. The next day the schedule rotates, and the slot is 10am (only). On Stage 2 you should get shed every 16 hours.

Not unless it's in the early mornings, but you will get 2 days of 2 sessions and 2 days of 1.
On stage 3 you'll get 2 days of 2 and 2 days of 3
