Actually they provide the same, this is load shifting not shedding

The first part was only an example. You actually get 3 double sessions and 1 single session a day. And, that 02:00 slot above on tomorrow's schedule is preceded by a 00:00-02:30 slot tonight.

No you don't get 3 double sessions and a single, that would be 14 hours over stage 8, or did you not pass math?
Even with schedule changes you'll maybe get a 12 hour session.
Stage 6 is 3 sessions up to a total of 10 hours, stage 7 is 3 sessions up to a total of 12 and stage 8 is 12

The 30 minutes is restoration time, you'll generally be up way before its 2.5 or 4.5 hours. So the actual time is still only 10 hours

I wish I could agree. Some times we do get switched back on 10 or so minutes before the end of the session. Never 30 minutes before the end. Most of the time though it is at the end and some times even 10-20 minutes later.
