Standard bank: I have no trust in their System!

It started in May, I do the following purchase via internet banking or thier app both the same result
Electric prepaid purchases
Cellphone prepaid airtime

I did not get all the electricity vouchers or the airtime, I logged a call etc, only got refunded for the purchases made against the credit card, quick refund.

On purchases made against my cheque account, only 1 purchase was refunded, the others not.

Today, I attempted to purchase airtime again. No luck!, money deducted. Luckily, I decided to use my CC. At this stage I planning to close my account after payday.

Not so in the *&^% now, who said ranting does not help.

Now which bank, they all probably the same.

i think most people will either recommend Capitec or FNB ..

Nope all due to the fragmented systems they use. All those purchases call different modules in their system. However you need to query and follow up on the dispute, to enable you to get your refund.

The 1 refund took a month. I will logged a call. But the decision is made. Now the hassle to change banks will begin.
